A Formal Affair

A menu fit for a truly special occasion, this served dinner suits both large and small wedding receptions. The couple that selected this menu carefully chose each part of the menu to set the stage for an elegant, unforgettable event. Hors d’oeurves passed on gleaming silver trays during the cocktail hour were followed by an elegant, served meal of beef tenderloin and crab cakes. Even the wedding cake was a notch above the ordinary, served to guests on plates decorated with mixed berries and delicate chantilly cream. Very chic!

Old World Whimsy

This menu was created for a late autumn wedding at a historic winery. The bride and groom wanted something hearty and rustic, presented with elegance and charm. Our chef’s solution? A European-style charcuterie board for the cocktail hour, followed by a buffet of sizzling meats presented on skewers and carved for guests by chef attendants. After dinner, guests enjoyed our signature s'mores station and caramel apple fondue on the patio overlooking the vineyards. The bride and groom report that guests are still talking about this unforgettable wedding celebration!

The Catering Company holds a Virginia ABC License and can offer you beverages 
on a consumption or cash basis.  The Catering Company carries an expanded liquor liability insurance policy
Often social clients choose to provide there own alcoholic beverages and have us take care of all the setups and bartenders.   
We will be happy to assist you with the quantities of alcoholic beverages you will need to provide.

This service includes all non alcoholic beverages (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic Water, Club Soda,
Orange & Cranberry Juice), glassware, ice, all bar equipment, beverages cooling containers and one trained bartender.
We will be happy to assist you with the quantities of alcoholic beverages you will need to provide.
The fee for an additional bartender/bar setup is $250.00
The cost of this service is $4.75 per person
The Service Fee is 20.5%.  The State and Local Tax Rate is 9%.
